Hey y’all! My name is Kayleigh Arcos and I am a senior in Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, double majoring in Management and Marketing. Hailing from San Antonio, Texas I am a firework of positive energy and fiery passion. As a Latina and Mexican-American, social entrepreneurship geared towards nurturing and uplifting communities of color is very close to my heart. On campus I am the Director of Marketing for the Georgetown Aspiring Minority Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs (GAMBLE) and work very closely with academic centers that serve as support networks students of color, including the Georgetown Scholarship Program (GSP) and the Center for Multicultural Equity and Access (CMEA). Through my digital marketing expertise and project management experience, I hope to add value and further the mission, and audience, of Memunatu. Off campus, I am an alum and leader for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) and student representative for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF). I feel blessed to be working with an organization this semester that ties my passions for management and marketing with social responsibility and concrete initiatives. I can’t wait to begin my exciting adventure with Memunatu. Let’s go!”
