Up, up and away–first All-black, female flight crew, first African woman astronaut project, and Tunisian girls learn self defense through MMA

An American Airlines flight in Phoenix, Arizona made history for being the first All-Black, female airline crew. 5 days a week, 70 girls from #Algeria meet to practice Mixed Martial Arts. Their instructor, Mohammed Zahraoui, opened the club in 2019 to help girls practice self defense. This week, 8 women from #Tunisia were selected to participate in the first African female Astronaut Project.
