Founder: Fatmata

Fatmata Kabia is Co-founder of Memunatu Magazine. As Co-founder, Fatmata helps form Memunatu strategy and events, and participates in Memunatu’s fundraising and advocacy efforts. Fatmata holds a J.D. with Specialization in International Legal Affairs, from Cornell Law School.  She received her B.A manga cum laude with distinction in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, minoring in French and African Studies. Fatmata is currently a commercial litigation associate at a New York law firm and member of the New York City Bar Association Committee on International Law.
